Tea's health benefits are largely due to its high content of flavonoids — plant-derived compounds that are antioxidants. 

Green tea is the least processed and thus provides the most antioxidant polyphenols, notably a catechin called epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG), which is believed to be responsible for most of the health benefits linked to green tea. Green tea is made by briefly steaming the just harvested leaves, rendering them soft and pliable and preventing them from fermenting or changing color. After steaming, the leaves are rolled, then spread out and "fired" (dried with hot air or pan-fried in a wok) until they are crisp. The resulting greenish-yellow tea has a green, slightly astringent flavor close to the taste of the fresh leaf.

Green tea is the best food source of a group called catechins. In test tubes, catechins are more powerful than vitamins C and E in halting oxidative damage to cells and appear to have other disease-fighting properties. Studies have found an association between consuming green tea and a reduced risk for several cancers, including, skin, breast, lung, colon, esophageal, and bladder.

Additional benefits for regular consumers of green and black teas include a reduced risk for heart disease. Drinking a cup of tea a few times a day to absorb antioxidants and other healthful plant compounds. In green-tea drinking cultures, the usual amount is three cups per day. Allow tea to steep for three to five minutes to bring out its catechins. The best way to get the catechins and other flavonoids in tea is to drink it freshly brewed. Decaffeinated, bottled ready-to-drink tea preparations, and instant teas have less of these compounds. Tea can impede the absorption of iron from fruits and vegetables. Adding lemon or milk or drinking tea between meals will counteract this problem.

Then Mr. Marc Zuckerberg came up with the idea of an advanced version of social networking, whom we call as FACEBOOK. It was titillation and captured our irrational forces of mind.

The idea was to have an identity,and keep in touch via single platform with all those people who have been responsible for making you stand at this stage, but it turned out to be attention from friends and reading loud others personal problems,discussing openly and responding them. Putting up status is like saying something without confronting anyone. Shy, timid people called facebook as the podium to speak out. It made me remind of guy whom i never saw uttering a word in those four years of graduation, now sharing pics and quotes supporting his lifestyle.

I would have to admit the moment we post a new picture or status, we keep checking and wondering how many likes we got. Number of likes on one's picture became a certified approval for confidence. But what of those who didn't managed to get enough likes?
I would summarize it by saying craze for something is not bad,but allowing it to influence us is bad. Avoid it until you are not mature enough to deal with.

Apple has gone for a more advanced form of antenna here, meaning the days of lost signal are gone, and generally increasing the power of your call connection and GPS lock on too.

Drawbacks:

• Screen is smaller than the competing phones
• No SD card slot for expanding storage
• Camera not equal to some of the other top phones
• Speakers pointing down is not a good design
• Apple Maps still has issues
• Battery life could be better
